Disclaimer & Waiver of Liability

By completing this purchase, you (“Customer”), hereby acknowledge, covenant, and agree as follows:

1. Waiver of Liability.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that RONEN GILKAROV, TRUCKINGACADEMY.US, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Company”) shall not be liable to Customer, or to any third party, for any damages, claims, losses, liabilities, injuries, or expenses of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive, arising out of or relating to Customer’s purchase, use, or reliance upon any product, service, information, or material provided by the Company. Customer hereby waives, releases, and forever discharges the Company from any and all such claims, demands, and causes of action, whether known or unknown, arising now or in the future, regardless of the cause or circumstance.

2. Hold Harmless and Indemnification.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to Customer’s purchase, use, or misuse of any product, service, or information provided by the Company.

3. No Legal Advice.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that all information, communications, documents, and materials made available by the Company are provided solely for general informational and educational purposes and do not constitute, and shall not be construed as, legal advice. Customer is solely responsible for seeking the advice of qualified legal counsel or other professional advisors with respect to any legal, financial, compliance, or regulatory matters.

4. No Refund Policy.
All sales are final. Customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that no refunds, returns, cancellations, chargebacks, credits, or exchanges of any kind shall be permitted under any circumstances, in any manner, or for any reason whatsoever, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable. By proceeding with this transaction, Customer knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably waives any and all rights to request or obtain a refund or reimbursement.

5. Acknowledgment and Acceptance.
By completing this transaction, Customer represents and warrants that they have carefully read, fully understood, and voluntarily accept all terms, provisions, and conditions set forth herein, and that this Waiver, Disclaimer, and No Refund Policy constitutes a valid, binding, and enforceable agreement between Customer and the Company.
