I spent two months exchanging emails just to get paid. I also called multiple times, but they ignored my calls. I gave them one last chance yesterday. I spoke to the broker politely, even though all previous discussions had been with him. His response was that it wasn’t his responsibility, despite all the negotiations being with him. To make a long story short, I told him that every conversation and email was recorded, and that I would be filing a claim with his bond and contacting the shipper. He hung up on me, using foul language. Ten minutes later, I received an email saying they had processed an invoice for direct deposit. I'm waiting until Monday to see if it's legitimate. Thank you for your package. Fortunately, I didn’t even need to read the entire thing because I followed your YouTube advice. I hope not to deal with such a broker again, but if it happens, I will use the resources you provided. The package and advice were absolutely worth five stars.
