Admission Criteria (Must-Haves):
Minimum capital available: $125,000 for trucks, trailers, and startup costs.
Full‑time availability for the four‑month build.
Coachability — follow proven systems and execute.
Long‑term commitment — this is not a side hustle.
Valid passport & ability to travel for select in‑person sessions.
What You’ll Build (Program Outcomes):
By the end of four months, you will have:
A bank‑ready business plan with financials, CPM model, and growth strategy.
Two trucks + two trailers acquired the smart way (specs, inspections, financing, negotiation).
Operating under ET’s insurance & plates while your own authority finalizes (approx. four months).
Two qualified drivers recruited and onboarded using a repeatable hiring funnel.
