I’ve been dispatching for myself for a year now and I thought I know about dispatching until I bought this program . Very helpful, great program!

Informative and full of knowledge course

Not worth the money

This dispatch training program is an absolute standout. As someone deep in the freight and logistics space, I was already familiar with Ronen Gilkarov's reputation — but going through this course firsthand exceeded my expectations. His command of the industry is remarkable, and the way he breaks down the nuances of dispatching makes complex concepts genuinely accessible.

Our team is currently developing a new TMS platform we believe will bring meaningful change to how freight operations are managed, and this program has directly shaped some of our core thinking. The insights here aren't just educational — they're actionable. We've walked away with a sharper understanding of the real-world workflows our technology needs to support.

If you're serious about dispatching, or building anything in this space, don't skip this. It's one of the best investments we've made.

This is definitely the best course in terms of quality, time, and value for money in the market. It provides a solid foundation and covers all the basics needed to get started in dispatching. The instructors are clear and very good at explaining the material.

I would have liked to see more real-life examples, such as a full walkthrough on how to evaluate if a route is worth it and how to estimate a driver’s 70-hour cycle in real scenarios.

Also, one video mentions the course costs $100, which is no longer accurate and should be updated.

It would be a great addition to include a downloadable onboarding package (PDF) and a video on how to create value as a dispatcher and stand out as a company.

Overall, a very strong course, especially for beginners.

The curriculum covered essential topics which provided me with a solid foundation in the industry.as it allowed me to apply the concepts in a real-world context I also appreciated the instructor's expertise in the industry.I would recommend this course to anyone looking to start their career as a trucking dispatcher or to those seeking to sharpen their current skills.

Great course videos are very detailed

I wanted to dispatch myself so I could control my schedule. I have a family and kids, and being on the road for long stretches wasn’t working anymore.

After the course, I bought a reefer and started running short hauls. The 15-minute call with Ronen helped me pick profitable lanes where I can still make money and be home with my kids.

Now I control my schedule, my loads, and my time. This course helped me build a trucking business that actually works for my family.

Before this course, I was running hard but still felt stuck. I depended on brokers and dispatchers for everything — where to go, what the rate was, and whether the week would even make sense. Some weeks were okay, some were trash, and I always felt like I had no control.

This course broke everything down in a way that actually made sense. It showed me how dispatching really works, how to look at lanes, how to negotiate, and how to stop chasing bad freight just to stay busy.

The best part was having real access to Ronen. I could email him and even book a 15-minute call. We talked straight up about the highest-paying lanes and how to set my week so I’m not living in the truck nonstop. That call alone helped me fix my schedule and get a better work-life balance.

Now I dispatch myself. I pick my own loads, I know why I’m taking them, and I’m not waiting on anyone to run my business for me. The stress is way lower, I’m more confident, and I’m honestly a lot happier.

For $285, you really can’t go wrong. I’ve spent way more money on way worse decisions. This actually gave me control and peace of mind.

I recently took the dispatch course from ET and am quite satisfied with it. Ronen and his team were well able to narrate, demonstrate the dispatch techniques. Only recommendation is to include Canadian load board as well.

I was looking through various training courses for my dispatch course needs, and Trucking Academy popped up! It could never have popped up at a better time. I can now look forward to a dispatch role in my brother's trucking business with the confidence I was yearning for. Thank you!

Great course for different players in trucking industry including dispatchers, owner operators, logistic coordinators. A lot of usefull information and much more! I'm happy I have a chance to take this course! 5 stars!

Easy to follow and lots of information. The value of this course outweighs the cost of this training . Im happy and I would recommend anyone looking to dispatch or start a dispatch business this course.
