This is definitely the best course in terms of quality, time, and value for money in the market. It provides a solid foundation and covers all the basics needed to get started in dispatching. The instructors are clear and very good at explaining the material.
I would have liked to see more real-life examples, such as a full walkthrough on how to evaluate if a route is worth it and how to estimate a driver’s 70-hour cycle in real scenarios.
Also, one video mentions the course costs $100, which is no longer accurate and should be updated.
It would be a great addition to include a downloadable onboarding package (PDF) and a video on how to create value as a dispatcher and stand out as a company.
Overall, a very strong course, especially for beginners.
